If you can find where the water is entering, try putting some silicone around where it's leaking and this should help.

You'll probably need to reseal the lenses to the housings.

When I did this on mine, I took them apart and used clear silicone exterior caulking.

You'll still want to drill a very small (1-1/16th inch) hole somewhere on the flat bottom part of the housing where it's out of sight and out of the weather however. This prevents any pressure from building up inside the housings (leading to subsequent vacuum upon cooling, which is how the water gets sucked in).

Being they are sucking in water, it sounds like the sealer between the lens & housing is already starting to come apart.
VERY CAREFULLY try prying them apart, working your way around the lens.

(at least that's what worked on my '90 ones, they came apart fairly easily due to the glue being 16 years old).

ok. ill try that one day when i have time. i hop they dont crack though there just a year old like this month and very expnsive...

You don't have your old ones anymore?

I had this problem on my Tempo...and instead of resealing the lamp, I simply drilled a hole in the glass near the bottom so the water could drain...never had a problem and drove it for over 8 years like that...

put them in the oven to heat up the glue and this will also dry the water out. then take them apart drill a small hole and reseal them

I had same issue with one of my Rangers, I drilled drain holes in the the headlight assembly and that helped keep the water level from building up but what I found actually caused the water to get in there was the constant condensation build up from not putting the vent hoses on. There are the little U shaped macaroni looking hoses and i didn't think they were important so I didnt change them over and when I later did the water no longer collected in the headlight assemblies.

put your head lights in the oven on 200 degrees for 15-25 minutes. then pry them apart. they come apart easily without breaking. i've already done it. then to put then back together just use silicone. and put putty in the holes that is leaking
