Hello everyone. New guy here. So I have a 1989 Bronco II 2.9L Auto 4WD that has an exhaust leak. Looking under there things are pretty rusted. I decided that anything I replace is going to get upgraded so I am now on the hunt for some headers. Pacesetter makes a header 70-1118 that says it will work with the 4WDs except for ones with the column shifter which I happen to have. I asked Pacesetter and they said it might work or I might have to get an aftermarket cable shifter to make it work??? Has anybody had any experience with this or can recommend a header that will just bolt up???

Thanks.

Daniel

Dude, my situation is exactly the same for my '90 Ranger 2.9 4x4. There isn't a header out there for a auto shifter-on-the-column. If you figure it out let me know.
