I started making my headache rack about a couple months ago. Slow but sure! Mine will be just like 02rangerXLT's headache rack, only mine doesn't have marker lights and strobes. I'm pretty close done, but i still got some pics from the start.

First what I did was get some metal. All the metal total cost about $120. Unless you have a farm with a ton of old scrap laying around, than this will be a cheap build.

Than I cut out the brackets

Than I began the process!

I welded the side bars, than I started to cut out the holes on the top bar to fit in the lights.

I already have all the holes cut out including having the 6 prong connecter hole all cut out! Also have the holes cut out to run the wires all through the rack.
Than I started doing all my wiring for the turn signals, tail lights, and stop lights. I installed a 7 prong because it has more plug ins to put in than a 6 prong does. Here are some pics of the wiring!

The 6 prong connector that i already wired together on the wiring I did earlier! this will plug into the headache rack's 6 prong plug to have a quick disconnect.
