I need a new/fabricated gasket between the head pipe and the Catalytic converter (3 bolts) on 4.0L. Do I need to special order this or does anyone know if I can get exhaust gasket material easily and I can cut one out to size?

If you are using a stock or direct fit cat the stock gasket should be fine. The OE one is no longer available and I've seen and used a lot of chinsey aftermarket ones. Put a light coat of Permatex copper on both sides before putting it together.

Good tip... er, do you mean the RTV gasket goo, the spray, the brush-on anti-seize...?

ALSO, do you know the size/thread of those 3 bolts (and nuts)??

Thanks in advance.

Ultra Copper RTV sealant.
