My head liner was in desperate need of repairs. So I fixed it: Take a look at the before and after photos. Tools Needed: Basic Hand Tools and “L” Inn wrenches.

The hardest part of the whole project was getting the headliner out the door. Be very patient and careful not to break the head liner. Parts and material for fabric cost $35.00. One can of spray adhesive and about 2 yards of fabric.

In order for me to get the head liner out the door I needed to remove the plastic trim from the passenger side. I also needed to remove the seat belt and the plastic running in the super cab area. Total time work time took me about 2.5 hours. It took me an additional 1.3hrs to pick up and purchase material.

Nice I have to do the exact same thing to mine. I took out the back window to get the headliner out, it was much easier than folding it and risking breaking it.

I am thinking of wrapping it in bright red to match my sub box.

It does look nice; good job!

i did mine the same too but i got to redo it cause when it gets hot the glue reactivates the headliner sags again. hope it works

The glue I used drys very fast ... Almost as fast as super glue. So when applying the fabric I would apply little by little.

I haven't had any problems with heat reactivating the glue. The head liner is still holding up great.

thats a great job, need to do it to mine also, first it started sagging now it ripping
