Head Gaskets Recommendations

I just replaced my heads and used a fel-pro gaskets. I did not like the fel-pro two piece lower intake gasket for one thing, nor the cork valve cover gaskets. There is a higher end fel-pro gasket set that claims heavy duty gaskets, but not sure if the head gaskets are actually any different, but does include rubber valve cover gaskets (good).

Something not right, I am using water after running the engine for over an hour.

I am about to pull the engine a part again.
What gaskets have are recommended and has anyone tried the ERISTICGASKETS ?

Ford multilayer, the best available...
