HD suspension or not?

I need to order new parking brake cables and they list them for HD suspension or standard suspension. How do I know what I have..... or what is the difference between them?

I'm not aware of any differences in the suspension that would change the parking brake cables.

What is your GVWR rating on your door sticker, and what cab style is it (and 2WD or 4x4?)?

According to the computers at the parts place, if you have the 10" drums you have the Heavy Duty suspension...

Yeah, I wouldn't rely on those. Way too many errors (especially when it comes to brake & axle stuff on '90-'97 models).

The GVWR ratings are the best clues to know for sure.

I'll have to look and see what the GVWR is, I don't remember. I know I'm paying for a 3/4 ton plate! My truck is an extended cab 4x4 with a stepside bed.
