Having issues programming key

Sorry if in wrong forum. Thanks for any help. I bought a 2000 ranger 3.0 4x4 from a co worker. He had tried to replace the ignition and keys and accidentally ripped the wires to the immobilizer transceiver module and broke the circlular antenna part. I bought a new module installed it and cleared all the codes. Tried to program the keys but it will not allow it. It shows acess and says it sees the transceiver module but will not program keys. Do i need to somehow program the transceiver module to the pcm? If so how? I do not have any of the original keys he lost them.

Find a Ford dealer that still has the software to program your truck to the new keys, and have it towed there.

Or find a mobile locksmith that has the software to do it.
