Having a surgeing problem

[Danger Ranger 89]

I have an 89 ranger with the 2.9L 5 speed. It was running fine until I took it out after puttin 33's on it then i took it out on one of are local trails and as I was driving back to my house i went to get on it to pass my buddy and it bogged down at 3000 rpms. I floored and the truck just bascially died. I have done a complete tune up and I have also put in a new fuel filter still no luck. Any Ideas on what it could be anything would help please and thank you

Have you gotten codes?? see what comes up.
might be bad ground too, getting rocked around after the trail ride loosened things up.

have you checked fuel pressure and or compression?
