the truck is a 1993 4.0 ranger
when i pull the head light switch the headlights both turn on, but passenger side is fairly dim. both blinker arrow lights on my dash stay lit but outside front marker lights are not on. when i try to use a blinker or hazards nothing happens.
not sure what it is
thanks for any help

Most times.... dim headlamp will be a bad ground. The indicator lights are on because somehow the bad ground is causing the voltage to find ground through them would be my guess.

Good suggestion; my guess would also be a bad ground. On a '93 those are grounded through G105; check for a loose or corroded ring terminal on the radiator support right in front of the battery.

Good deal! Thanks for letting us know how it turned out.

Agreed... it's always nice to see the resolution.

im having another electrical issue. my wipers wont turn off! they seem to be running on the lowest interval setting. if i use the nob to put em on a faster setting or continous (high) it will do as told. but off does not work. any ideas?

Probably a bad wiper motor... park switch.
