Help!!!???

Once its started it doesnt run to well, like its choked. Its putting, but when I accelerate I have no problems with bogging out. It does seem to be lacking some power. I dont know if its starving for air or fuel. Might even be spark no idea. Recorded some of the noise it makes hopefully someone has had some experience with this. When I take off it'll make a nasty noise sometimes. Anyways here's a video with my issue hopefully one of you have had the same issue.

Well, that springy thinger by the alternator sure looks like a busted vac line. Also, not in love with the sound of the exhaust, but it may be nothing. Bang the exhaust with your hand with the truck off, see if you can isolate the part causing it.

Yea need to plug that springer thinger back in for starters. Thats the vacume actuator for the heater I think but never the less its a vacume leak.
