Have a bushing question

I just purchased my first Ranger, a 95 XL, 2wd, 5spd. The radiator core support was rotted and the support bushings were toast. I went to LMC and tried to purchase the bushings and they don't have all the parts for a 95. I then got some prothane bushings that stated they fit 83-97 and they don't fit. The original oned are oval with rubber and a plastic. I emailed them with the enclosed pictures and the reply was I don't know why your truck has oval bushings, send them back if you can't get them to fit.
Oh I forgot to say I removed the whole front end and cut the bushings out.
So after all that has anyone encountered this or have a solution to a fix for this?
I searched for an answer in previous posts and didn't find anything similar.

Thanks

die grind the hole out round and put them in

for the record that shape hole is called a "Double D"

It is round with two flats, like an electrical outlet.

MAkE the bracket fit your bushing

Thanks for the reply
I'll do that. I was concerned with the potential of forward and aft movement.
