sorry,it's after the bill is signed,and only on new homes.your house was pre-owned so you didn't qualify.spread the word if you know anyone buying a new house.

Well I bought gas today at the Exxon station where it was 4.01, when I could clearly see that there was a station at 3.94 down the road.

The Pres just signed the bill into law today.

It doesn't say it has to be a new house. It just says a house, as long as you are a first time homebuyer, which I am.

I am going to wait a while and call the tax people to get the scoop.
