Problem: Hard to get into first(very, fells like im gunna break the shifter), easier but still tough to get into 2nd, 3rd almost always grinds, 4 and 5 seem to be ok. Also, clutch release is very choppy. all of this just happened all the sudden in one day. Before this it was "stiff" to get into first and would wine pretty bad in first, and just 1st. Clutch is brand new maybe 4 grand on it, same with pilot bearing. Throw out wasnt replaced(i know, i got antsy to get it back together and didnt replace it and im a moron). It the tk-5 tranny. Hoping it just air in the lines. Help!

If it grinds then you might have debris in the trans that interferes with the shifter.

Sounds like a bad slave cylinder to me.
If it won't go easily from 1st to reverse(parked), then your clutch isn't fully released.
If the upper gears(1st,3rd,5th), or the lower(2nd,4th,Rev), are giving you trouble going in and the other aren't, then it's usually a bent shift fork.
