hard into all gears

I have an 86 Ranger 5 speed. The trans is hard to shift into gear, every gear including reverse (really gotta jam it). The clutch doesnt slip and clutch pedal feels normal. All the gears do work when driving down the road. Any ideas on what's wrong?

check your tranny fluid. does it grind if you force it or it just won't go. your syncros might be messed up

fluid is full. Doenst grind at all, just wont go without forcing it.

I would have to say syncros if you have to force it alot and no grinding im not sure.

I found out that it was time for a new clutch shortly after experiencing the same symptoms.
