Hankook Winter i*Pike?

Basically a cheap version of Nokian Hakkapeliitta. Has anyone here run them during winter? They're studable, and have a pretty nice looking tread if you ask me.

Hanook makes a great tire and those look pretty good and I am from MN originally and going to NY in the next month down in the Beaver Falls town area.

my little bro ran those on his truck last winter and they were super stable and very predictable. the treads are tall and the lugs have alot of siping, and for the price theyre better than cooper weather masters.

Yep, Crohgan is not far, maybe 5 minutes if I do the speed limit and I don't get along with speed limits!

Those are our top selling winter tire at the shop I work at in AK, they are WAY better quality than that Finnish c**p. I would get a set but the biggest they go is 235/75 for 15's I'm gonna get a set of the Dean Wintercat SST's.

And yes lots of siping for winter grip and plenty of studs in them!

I don't have off road tires, but if Hankook's off road tires are the same quality as my 2WD tires, they will be great. I have Hankook Vensus ST's (RH06) in a 275 X 60 X 17 on my truck and I have never had a tire grip in the wet any better than these. I use to have Toyo Proxes ST's and the Hankooks are alot better.
