I just picked up some maintenance components. I am still searching for tires, anyone know of any 35's with decent tread on them for a fair price?

I don't know of anyone lookin to get rid of any 35's. Sorry man.

CV is squeakin like mad. Bought all the parts to rebuild it and it totaled close to 90 bucks. WTF. The "ball n socket" deal was rediculously expensive. O well, its got 167k miles on it, its probably due for a rebuild, which is happening this weekend.

I've been having to add ~3/4 of a reservoir of fluid for my clutch everday. I suspect the slave is leaking as the bottom of my bellhousing is wet haha. I'll tackle that next weekend.

haha, on a more serious note, I'm planin to reserve an electric site here in the next couple weeks. When I do I'll let everyone know what site I'll be on, what time I plan to arrive, my schedule for the weekend, etc.

I might get a hotel room because I do not have a tent anymore sense my buddy barrowed it and destroyed it.

The only downside to a hotel is that you miss out of the camping/bonfire/bsing that usually takes place at the campsite.


I completely agree however, a hotel does seem awful nice compared to sleeping in a tent.

Been wrenchin like mad getting the truck ready for the trip. Swapped out the slave, rebuilt the CV (what a bitch), and changed my oil last weekend.

I've gotta put a new u joint in my drivers side front axle and check/top off all the other fluids. I should be right on schedule

Last time I was there it was cold at night and we brought an electric heater and extension chord. We had the heater set up next to the air matress with it pointed at us on high and stayed warm.
