aright, i have my a4ld out of the truck, ready to put the manual in and i have some questions;

1. does the flywheel have to be aligned (balenced) when you put in on.
2. had to cut the crossmember bushing off where is bolts to the frame, the bolt would not come out of the sleeve it in, so i cut the bolt off, can i buy a replacement or kinda just re-do the bolt in sleeve thing

Help would be great on this one guys, end of day 2. Gonna go back at it tomorrow. Thanks

All RBV engines are internally balanced. The flywheel should also be balanced from the factory. Hold it up there and bolt it in.

As for the crossmember. As long as the bolt your using fills up the hole the old one came out of you should be fine. Unless I am misunderstanding the question.
