i bought it like that, just got it less then a month ago. they lost the key for the truck so i guess they just bought a new ignition and just left it unlocked all the time. everyone knows you don't mess with a rednecks truck!

it hasn't left my house since the day i brought it home! and i don't plan on driving it anywhere anytime soon. gotta get a job before i can do anything with it ( no money doesn't help either) plus i think the vibration and shake at 70 needs a little more attention first.
