driving to school this morning, My rear breaks failed, on the way home, we had 2" of silck snow... so i drove home sloppily, pulled in the garage, pulled the tire and drum, and the bottom spring fell out, and the brake automatic brake adjuster lever bent in half. so i pulled all the break adjuster parts, (except the break adjuster itself of course, and took a drive and even in the sloppy junk the truck handled better. so what could cause that spring to fall out, and the adjuster to bend. (It was fun in the snow with no rear breaks
