It doesn't kill babies. It kills sperm. If fertilization has already happened, then it won't do anything. It takes sperm a while to get to the egg, so you usually have plenty of time.

Bear in mind that the longer you sit on here with your panties in a twist, the less likely the morning after pill is to work.

the moring after pill does not kill sperm it has certian hormones that tell the female body not to relase any eggs and that there are already to many eggs the the body will start to attack and kill the eggs that may be out.
