I just fed my tarantula a gold fish.

I've never seen her attack something so slow in my life. She had no idea what to make of it. She hovered over it for a while, until it moved ever so slightly, then she lowered her fangs so that they were just barely above it. It was if she was trying to make up her mind as to whether or not she wanted to eat it.

Then, as soon as it's gill moved she inserted her fangs with surgical precision and lightning speed. Damn I love watching her eat.

same here man like for example... koda if you toss that thing at me even as a joke id kill it then deck you in the face even if you was my best bud.

its an irrational fear of mine and a seething hatred of them IL go into a burning building no problem but to try to get me to touch that thing would like trying to paint a bow tie on my trucks hood an passing it off as an S10 Blazer...wont work well.

but hey thats your critter and your happy with it so more power too you but il keep to my dogs and cats.

No way. Seeing a daddy long legs causes me to scream and run like a little girl.

Tarantulas are cool, but there's no way I'd ever have one in my house. I'd never get a wink of sleep again - in fear that it might get loose.

I would like to see a video next time, though!

The way they attack a mouse is like something out of Jurassic Park.
