Grrrrr

i just love bleeding these clutches. F that lol.

I hooked it up like I do for Mustang clutches and just pulled a huge vac at the top. Not in love with the pedal feel now, but no release issues and my wife and dad both say it feels normal.

Guess I was driving STen too long.

Thanks for bouncing stuff with me the other night Brutus.

i'd trust your first instinct on the clutch.

my clutch felt funny in my 86, my dad said it felt fine, three days later the master failed.

This was my dad's truck for 12 years before I got it. He knows this truck as well as I do, but hasn't been driving another clutch for the last month. If he says it feels ok, I'll run it until something blows.

It's always been a bit screwy anyway.

Ok, I will admit defeat and that Hept was right on this one.

I hopped in my boss's 95 today and took a few pumps on the clutch pedal, it felt more like I thought mine should, so I came home, bled the living piss out of it, and it's much better now.

Unfortunately now the speedo cable has decided to start falling out of the transfer case again.
