The short answer is no. The long, you need to swap the hood, and the 01-03 style is a one peace so you'd have to remove the trim/grill peaces under the lights as well.

Where can I find a 3 piece billet grille to fit my 95? All I can find is the billet to fit the top slot. I want one that fits in the bumper slots as well.

Im not very good with ebay...I found 2 or three grilles on there but they were all the top peice only.

yeah the only sell the top, maybe u'll have to get a bigger one, say F150 model and cut it, so u can get the lower piece
