Where would 1 find a set of these rims - I have searched hi and low anc came up empty. When my regular silver rims are covered in brake dust they look pretty good.

go down to your local O'reiley's and you can but some Wheel Paint, its made by DupliColor and its about 7$ a can i think, when it get warm ima paint mine a dark charcoal.
