Ok, well it isn't REALLY Hazzard County... But it might as well be!
I am a former Full Size Bronco owner. I sold it a couple of years ago and got an Isuzu Trooper. I just recently acquired a derelict old Bronco II that probably belongs in the junk yard, but I couldn't stand by and see the thing get crushed... So now I am the proud owner of an '87 BII with a 2.9L complete with blown head gaskets, probably cracked heads and a bad water pump.
Having the itchy trigger finger to swap in a 5.0 (Or even a 5.8), I figured I had better slow down and start by fixing the 2.9 to get it on the road and see if it is even worth screwing with.
The body is a multi-colored blue, silver and primer with surface rust peeking through, so I will finally get to try my hand at painting it too.
Nice to be here and soak in the resources.
