My credo
If you expect the worst and hope for the best, you're already planning for failure.
Just wanted to say how greatful I am of the community here. Having recently joined a couple of other forums for my new (to me) F150 and asked a few questions, I realize how much knowledge and neighborly kindness is here versus other places. Here it feels like people are willing to help you dive into the issue, tips to troubleshoot and solve said issue as well as leading you to articles or breakdowns of the exact same thing you need help with. Other forums are a bit cold and feel like people just want to throw parts at issues instead of actually fixing the root cause. Thank you to everyone that has helped me and thank you to keeping such a community alive.

I'm too poor to throw random parts at a problem without troubleshooting it first. And I just assume most others are, too.

It's just what we do...

This place is pretty unique in the age of social media.

Don't be afraid to jump right in and contribute to the best Ranger forum on this entire damn planet.

Welcome to TRS...

Great community

Jim and the rest of us over the years have worked hard to keep this forum a family-friendly place and it shows. I’ve been on some pretty rough forums in the past, some of them no longer exist for one reason or another.
