4x4 front end is a big no, I'm clueless if you can on a 2x4.

All 2wd Rangers have basically the same set-up. You going to have to remove the rotor and repack the bearings. The goal isn't just to pump new grease in but to clean the old dirty worn out grease out. Go get yourself a Haynes or Chilton manual for your truck and dig in, or pay someone to do it for you.

Next time see the first topic in this section (Rules for posting! Read before posting. << link, click it and read) before posting in it, then if you think it fits the criteria proceed, otherwise go to the appropriate section. Suffice it to say that your thread does not belong here and should have been posted in "2wd suspension" section. Hopefully you get a chance to read the replies before the mods delete it. If you truly though that your bearings were in a condition that warrants this topic as urgent, then I've got some bad news for you. Your bearings are probably already shot and no amount of greasing will help them, time to figure on replacement.
