So I'm getting ready to put rebuilt heads on my explorer (the old ones were both cracked). The place I got the heads from offered a complete gasket and head bolt kit for an extra $110.00 so I went for it. The gaskets are made by Rock Gasket Company. They look like really good gaskets. The guy I got the heads from said they are good gaskets and he personally recommends them.

Anyone had any experience with graphite gaskets on a 4.0 (or any ranger engine?)

I know this is an old post, but did you use the Graphite Head Gaskets? Still anyone else with a opinion on them?
