Got these for my 2003 4.0.

So another member here posted about these headers from Amazon. So I thought I would give them a try. Just came UPS yesterday. They look fairly well made. The flange is at least 3/8 thick, I haven't measured it, but should have minimal warping and leaking issues.

So I got them installed by a shop the other day, feel useless with a torn meniscus, I can't hardly do anything.

Any way, they seem alright other than they had a hard time fitting to the Y pipe. At idle and while cruising they are fine, but when accelerating they leak a little. I have not looked, but I can only assume it's at the collectors where they did not want to fit well. The shop said their guy had to work a little bit to make the connection.

So I guess the next step is to replace the cat and muffler.
