Got the antiwrap bars on today

I know some people said things about having 6" of block on the rear, so i finally got the anti wrap bars on today!

Looks real good

Did you move the rear passenger-side shock mount to the other side of the axle tube? On my truck they alternate sides
 
yes,I ground the factory rivets off the frame and flipped the bracket to the back side to match the driver. With a lot of lift it looks more uniform, heres a better angle.

I woulda spent the money on new springs to get rid of the blocks. As is, you've got a bright red band-aid.
 
Plus they are solid mounted front and rear so it is kinda hard for them to try and follow the arc of the leafs under compression/droop. They will bind in other words and hinder suspension flex.

A single ladder bar mounted along side the the driveshaft mounted to some sort of shackle would be a better set up.
 
I agree that losing the blocks woulda been better......

you don't have "a 6 inch block" do you? looks like 3 2inchers.
 
pretty easy to drop the hangers 4 inches.


and, so they work with the springs shackle the bars.
