Friday night i went for a little trail ride, snow was a bit deep for me and I bottomed out. Finally got pulled out with maybe reving close to redline. After I let off gas it was misfiring very very bad and seemed to be running on one cylinder. I got out to the street and was able to get home. Foot to the floor was 25 mph in second gear and it would not go above that even if shifted. Started it saturday morning to check it out, and I had to have gas to the floor to start and keep at idle. wide open throttle was barely enough to keep the engine alive along with serious misfiring and backfiring through intake. Pulled plugs, all but #6 cylinder were black and were covered in fuel. Cleaned plugs, got a new cap and rotor. Still would not even fire anymore. Checked for TDC and timing is good. Started to pull accessories off front to do timing chain but no way is it the chain because there is no play between rotor and crank movement, it is spot on. I scanned the system and it read Temperature sensor, which is the one for the computer which could have explained the crazy amount of fuel dumping out the exhaust (read like -55 degrees F HAHA). Installed the new one which cost a dam 50$ and it still did not fix anything. I pulled the spout connecter which would make the engine run full on it's own(no computer) and still no difference. I don't know how I got home that night because it doesn't even run now. This is my daily driver and need her back up and running asap!
