My credo
A properly suspensioned Ranger can be safely airborne for up to 4 seconds at a time! =:O
My truck is black, but my wiper arms are sun-bleached and corroded to a light gray... the permanent parts attached to the spindles... lookin' like chyt.

Who makes some good looking quality replacements?

Yeah, I'd just paint them...easy to pull off and do that kind of thing since they only clip on the gear...I did mine but I don't have any pics...did the Zuki too...but I usually just sand them down and spray them with rust paint...

It would be better to do what Insane did because I've had to do my Zuki three times in three years...needs to be primed for sure...

Painted mine with semi gloss black, Duplicolor.

Look new now. :)

Mark_88, what's a Zuki???

Good idea... paint them... hmmm...

I sanded them down completely, wiped them clean with rubbing alcohol, put two layers of primer down... Then shot them three layers of color and finished it off with four layers of clear.

They look freaking AWESOME in person.

I bet they DO... but I'd have to wait for the dry season to do a deluxe job like that. Wish I still had a bud with sandblasting setup.

Let's see... Ferrari red wipers on a black truck... cool?... or ghey?... hmmm...

That would look good...but you'd probably want to paint your rims the same color...

If you don't have time to prime and all that give them a good coat on a hot sunny day and then recoat them...they should be good for at least a year...

Um... Take them off for a day or two when it's not going to rain and do them inside.

That's what I did. Just be sure to take care with each layer of primer and paint. You dont' want them to be all drippy crappy looking... Also, overdo the clear because you won't want to have to redo them anytime soon from rocks, bugs, and time taking their toll on them.
