Hi, I am a 67 year old retiree. I enjoy gardening, beekeeping, bicycling, traveling, camping and canoeing.

I own a silver 09 Ranger XL with 46K on the odometer, a short bed, 4 cyl 5 spd basic truck with a matching Leer 122 as the only adder.

This is my second vehicle on the Ranger platform. My daily driver up until I retired 18 months was a 99 Mazda B2500 SL; also a basic short bed. I drove it for 7 years with nothing more than oil, filters, belts tires, battery and brakes replaced. I would have probably still been driving it if a tree limb had not fallen on the cab and totalled the truck. I'm happy to report the Mazda was the only casualty.

I am looking forward to learning from the knowledge and experience available on this forum.

Welcome.
Pictures are always welcome also !!!

Thank you for your response. Here one of the Mazda before it got squashed. I really don't have one for the Ranger. I will snap one and send on soon.

Thank you too for your service to our country.
