having said all that, you know ford did it on purpose so that people might bring their cars and trucks back to the dealership for service and they can charge more money for the extra shop hours needed to disassemble your car just to get to the oil cap.
Why would Ford do that? If someone takes their truck to the dealer, then the dealer's service dept is the one making the money. Ford doesn't see a penny of that. So, what's their motivation?
