Gen 1 B2 drivetrain into gen 1 ranger

wasnt sure where to post at but i am looking at a gen 1 B2 this weekend to use as a parts rig for my 88 ranger. I was wandering if i will need a new rear drive shaft when i swap out the transmission and transfer case from the bronco to the ranger? The bronco has a 2.9 with 5spd and manual transfer case and the ranger has a 2.9 with A4LD and 1350E transfer case. I am going to be pulling the motor, tranny, trans, locking hubs, and what ever else is working on the b2 that is not on my ranger then selling the rest of it. I was also wandering if i will also need to fab any brackets up for the tranny and trans swap? im assuming not where the motor is the same and both came with the same options where they are both Gen 1's.The front drive shaft from the B2 will fit the ranger correct? Thanks in advance for the help. if you want pictures i can try and post those up also.

Need to know what year the BII is. If it's an 87 or older, it will have a tk5 or fm145 5 speed, which were shorter than the a4ld, and therefore the front driveshafts will be different (not to mention tranny crossmember placement)

If it is also an '88, it will likely have an fm146, which is the same length as an a4ld. Other than the rear d/shaft it will all swap in.
