I have a 2003 Supercab flare side 4x4 manual trans Ranger. I have been experiencing some odd electrical issues. Both Power windows quit working,I can turn on the dome light with the switch, however it doesn't come on when I open the door. My keyless remotes quite working so I purchased new ones however when you cycle the ignition switch to program them it doesn't prompt for the remote activation. My guess was the GEM Module. I purchased a used one off Ebay , installed it and LOL No change. Any suggestions?

All the fuses good?
Make sure the connector on the ignition switch is tight. Check your ground connections from battery to radiator support. Check ground connection by the parking brake assembly on the side wall.

Fuses are all good, relays are good. I haven't checked those grounds. Thank you!
