i have a 93 ranger 4cyl 2wd the stock tires were 225 70 14 i went to 235 75 15. it not much of a diff in tire size but i can tell the diff in motor strain. would it kill me on mpg if i was to take the stock gear witch are either 3.45 or 3.55 and changed to the 3.75 i have a 3.75 already ? thanks for looking

no, should put you back around stock.

the 225/70r14 is only a 26" tire and the 235/75r15 is a 29" tire if that helps for viewing the chart

I did the same thing. What a pig now. Add 1200 lbs in the back and start on a steep hill I stall 1/2 the time.
