gasket blow out

I have a 2.3 I just replaced the gasket that goes between the cat and the exhaust manifold about 3 weeks ago and it just blew out again. What is this caused by? it still has the full factory exhaust system on it now so could it be too much back pressure from the cat? or could it be something else?

check the motor mounts.

I've noticed that those flanges have a bend to them when replacing that gasket. Pull it apart and check it with a straight edge before you waste your time and another gasket.
