gas tank vent

Can some one post some pictures of where the gas tank vent is and what it looks like for a second gen bII. I am having a lot of trouble filling up the gas tank and today the pump wouldn't stay on for more than five seconds before the back pressure got to be to much. I already check the filler hose and found that it's not clogged up so my only guess is that it's the vent.

Question: Is there a hose inside the filler hose? when I pulled the filler hose to check it, there was only the outer hose. The pictures I have seen online of filler hoses make is seem like there is another hose inside
