I use these rails from The Walmart exclusively. They hold the sockets well, rotate freely 360° and hold up well to abuse. They are $15 for a set of two in ⅜". Pictured with the new aforementioned Capri Tools stubby ⅜" drive set and ⅜" drive Neiko universal join adaptor.

My 04 FX4 is off road not level 2. There are some other things that are different on the Level 2, I can't remember exactly what they are, I thought 1 of the things that are different is the Level 2 didn't come out until after 2004.
