Fw coils or eb ?

Ok I know you guys get aggervated over people not doing research. But I have been and need some info I can't seem to find maybe I just missed it. I'm doing a fw d44 wondering if I should use eb coils or fw? I want to try and reuse my stock towers and lower buckets on axle. I can't afford to blow money I don't have. Any help would be awesome.
