Future Ranger Transmission?


Very interesting! I'd sure like to see how it really works. Maybe something like a variable pitch perpeller blade. Remember hearing that back in the early 1900's someone said that the patten office ought to be closed because everything possible had already been invented.

Hmm... when did they start making them too??? Quality author!

NRG Dynamix's hybrid system uses an accumulator, a hydraulic version of a battery such as those used by the Honda Prius.
 
They are (in America), a V6 F150 is to replace the ranger at this point and time.
 
That would be cool enough that I'd actually put one in my Ranger.
