Fuse panel wiring

So I'm looking to replace the fuse panel in my 83, with the one from my 85 planed on just re-pining the housing . I was checking wire colors and making sure everything matched up. The 85 panel has a blue wire with black dots that's both 83 fuse panels dont. I know just dont hook it up lol. However I will be keeping the 85 harness and would like to know what this wire powers. I've looked all over for a diagram, or wire color list, with this wire and havent found any. Could it be stock radio circuit, as that's the only stock option both 83s didnt have. What you are looking for is a BL/BK D wire
Blue with Black Dots

Ford also use H for hash marked wires back then

I think that Ford did use the Dot and Hash wires for Options

If I didn't read that wrong looks like it was wired for power locks, sure dont have them though lol.
