Full size seats size don't fit?

Just looking for a little confirmation. there are a lot of them available is why I'm asking, mostly out Super Duty Ford trucks I guess because the trucks are so expensive to repair, they just part them out

I have seen F-150 seats in a Ranger done. I have my doubts that Super Duty seats would work.
