full-size bronco seats in a 1993 ford ranger?

i got a friend that just bought a 95 silverado with bronco leather heated seats in it. i was wondering if it was possible to do in a ranger?

Having both a 96 Bronco and a 98 Ranger, I can say "I don't think so". The seats in the Bronco are much larger and sit much higher.

X2 on the width....height can oftenbe fixed by using different mounting brackets/tracks, but usually requires some fabrication and possible welding.
