Don't feel bad...I bought some swamp land in Florida that was supposed to be beach front...but at least I can have alligator tail any time...only problem with that is they didn't tell me I had to cook it and eat it...thought it was just kinky sex...so don't believe everything you're told...and clarify it if you can...
