Fuel tank leaking bad

Animal chewed hole in the white plastic plug that is located half way up the rear wall of the black plastic fuel tank. This plug is about 3" diameter. Is the plug removable?
Is a replacement available?

might be screw in and sealed with an o ring. if that is the case go to the junk yard and pull one from another truck.
