Looks like the same thing you fill your tires with, but it screws on instead of just pressing it on with your hand. What type of fuel pressure gauge do you have? They make replacement test hoses like these with quick connects for the gauge.
If you want to get by cheap, you can take a rag and wrap it around a small screwdriver and then press down on the center of the test port on the fuel rail to relieve the fuel pressure. The rag is to soak up the fuel and so it will not squirt you in the face.
Once you get rid of the pressure, you can take one of your tire tools that takes the guts out of tire schrader and unscrew the guts out of the test port. You can then slip a fuel hose over the test port with a hose clamp, and then install a pressure gauge on the other end of the hose with another clamp.
It comes with the Ford adapter. Google that OTC number and you will likely find the fitting numbers you're looking for. I don't know it off the top of my head.
