Well it happened. Ive had this truck for just over a year now and suddenly my fuel regulator went bad and sent fuel into the vacuum lines. Its a 1993 4.0. I filled up Cyl #3 and #6 full of fuel before it hyrolocked itself while starting. I know for fact that i bent my flex plate when this happened. but what are the chances of cracking a piston or rings? I did a compression test and results were 160 170 150 160 165 155. WE also changed the oil as there was about a quart of fuel in the oil. I suspect this could have been dumped in through the PCV valve if not through blowing rings. When we changed the oil it looked clean and we walked away for about an hour before a slight milkshake fluid was coming out. could this be fuel or would you guys be suspect of Antifreeze. The only last note. when we cleared the hydro lock there was a huge cloud of smoke that was white and no knocks or other noises. it cleared up but runs rough and exhaust has a slight smell to it with a very small amount of smoke still.

Milky oil suggests coolant in the oil. Gas should've just thinned the oil.
